Green Chia Seed Pudding

  • 2 C of spinach
  • 1 C of milk
  • 1/2 C of coconut milk
  • 1/2 C of honey
  • 3 T chia seeds
  • Sliced kiwi as garnish

Add spinach, milk, coconut milk, honey and chia seeds to your blender & mix them all up until green & well blended. Pour mixture into desired bowls & slip kiwi on the side or on top. Let sit in the fridge for at least 45 min to an hour.

  1. I love kiwi, but have a slight intolerance for it. Do you have any suggestions as to what I could use as an alternative to kiwi? – Something that would of course still make is tasty 🙂

    1. I think any fruit would be good with this to be honest. I only used kiwi to keep with the green theme my girls & I have been rocking ha ha. That and my youngest loves kiwi, but my eldest girl does not….and for her I typically substitute bananas or strawberries.
