Margarita Lime Wedge Jello Shots
- Box of lime jello
- Water & ice
- 1/2 C of tequila
- Salt for garnish
Bring 3/4 C water to a boil, and whisk the lime jello contents in. Then in a separate bowl pour the tequila in and add a handful of ice (this speeds the gelatin setting process up). Next whisk the hot water with dissolved jello packet into the cold tequila. Cut the limes in half and scoop out the insides, leaving just the rinds as little cups. Pour the liquid into the lime rinds & let set for at least 1 1/2 hours in the refrigerator. After the jello is set, cut the limes in half again (gently) leaving you with your jello wedges. Sprinkle with some salt if desired.
